Rita Homsi is a Reiki Master, working in Energy Healing since 2018, and became an International Yoga Teacher and a certified Yoga Nidra level 1 practitioner, after 15 years of yoga practice.
She is as well an access consciousness practitioner, running bars by touching 32 points on the head to release mental and physical blockages, and stimulate positive changes in the brain and defragment the electromagnetic components of stress, thoughts and emotions.
Yoga can be practiced at any age. Actually, adopting a yoga practice will maintain you physically, intellectually, and emotionally fit and flexible as you age.

Senior yoga is slow-paced and focuses on joint health to maintain as much fluidity in the motions as possible. We naturally place a lot of emphasis on breathing because it connects a healthy physical and mental state.
