Ayurveda
Ayurveda is the sister science to yoga and is a traditional, holistic medicinal system. The principles of Ayurveda are to restore and optimize the flow of prana (energy) to bring the body, mind, emotions and soul into a state of harmony. You will have the opportunity to have a detailed Ayurveda consultation with your doctor and each day will include free medicine during the treatment period as well as healing treatments (approx. 2 hours) by experienced Ayurvedic therapists through massage to balance your individual dosha constitution and to release toxins from the body. The Health Center at the resort is ranked one of the best Ayurveda Hospitals in Asia.
Yoga & Breathwork
A daily well-balanced practice of yoga is going to help with getting things moving in the body for inner peace and wellness. We will incorporate Yin and Yang exercises, pranayama (breathing techniques), rebirthing session, and meditation. All levels are welcome. No experience is necessary.
